Id True Review on Pissed Consumer
Not-so-pissed just curious consumer on review page from Id True @pissedconsumer Dec. 2017
Total Scam and Ripoff
Contacted them. via phone.
Told them there was no info for repeated charge. Then told them the account was only 5 minutes old. They cancelled the account. I was told that the 9.95 was the "SETUP FEE" and couldn't be refunded.
I told them I would cancel the charge anyway on my charge card but they could just as easily refund me and avoid negative reviews. They didn't care. They are going to make tons on the $9.95 SETUP FEE off of people for website that does not work. I asked the sales rep on the phone if they would rather conduct business correctly and refund me and show good business practice or ripoff millions of suckers?
They did not care.
Said have a nice day. hung up.

Forget the BBB ; they can and will do NOTHING. They are not the Commerce Police and have no legal representative authority.
All they do is take a report, period. They are an urban legend with no teeth. Directly notify your bank to accept no further charges from this vendor. Do it in writing and serve via Certified Mail return receipt requested.
Issue a cease and desist order to the supplier, also served via CMrrr.
Be sure you didn't agree to repeated shipments in the easily missed small print. Regardless, do everything in writing and keep a copy of it.
